Shipping Methods
We currently offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
All shipments are handled primarily by UPS, though we may use other carriers depending on location and order size.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $39: Flat rate of $10 for Standard Shipping.
- Orders $39 and above: Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout.
For remote destinations (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories), additional surcharges may apply based on carrier rates.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders received after 3 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Schedule:
- Orders ship Monday through Friday
- No shipments on weekends or federal holidays
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:
- In-stock items will be shipped first.
- Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available (estimated lead times are shown on product pages).
You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order ships in separate packages.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.
If your order ships from both U.S. and international warehouses, please allow up to 3 weeks for final delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at marketing@closemate.com within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
Claims for missing or damaged shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately — we’ll be happy to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Fees and Refunds
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In cases of return for refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Additional Notes
- Delivery couriers may contact you directly regarding your shipment.
- Closemate is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Orders shipped using third-party forwarding services are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
